The Connections & Discipleship Team helps people move from attending to belonging, and from belonging to growing. This team ensures that every person who walks into GDCC is welcomed, cared for, and guided into their next step—whether that’s joining a cGroup, being discipled, or serving. This team plays a key role in building healthy community and ensuring that no one gets lost in the journey. Who it’s for: Friendly, organised, people-focused individuals who enjoy welcoming others, following up, and helping people grow in faith.
